The exclusive hotel investment of UNIT
Group is a restoration project and has been recently realized
at the most prestigious location of "Kuruçeşme"
on the European side of the Bosphorus with 100 meters coastline.
The project
respect the architectural style of the historical Ottoman
Seaside Manor "The Muhsinzade Yalısı" which was
originally located on this site and was totally lost in an
unfortunate fire in 1850. Les Ottomans was constructed with
the best available technology and is equipped with most luxurious
amenities to response to all requirements of its guests.
The building includes only 16 presidential
suites and 10 executive rooms located on two floors and a

card door locks, direct phones in the bathrooms and bedroom
and bathtub. Hotel Ma Biche has one main restaurant
with seating for 600 persons, 50 seats a'la carte
restaurant, 500 person multi purpose meeting room, 50 seats

coastline. It has a capacity of 1508 beds in 455 units
consisting of 2-3 storey bungalows which are
fully equipped with satellite TV, split A/C, safety boxes,
hair dryers, direct phone and shower. The Park Kimeros Holiday
Village started to operate in 1985 and underwent a
renovation in 1994. In 2003, the village was completely made
over and expanded, including major transformation of the
pool and the restaurant and a health center is also
established in the facility. During and after construction
no trees were cut.
